Why did I receive an error message? What should I do?

Messages such as “Authorisation denied by the payment schemes”, “Authorisation Denied” are at times due to non-authentication with the Verified by Visa/Mastercard Secure Code service, “Operation not permitted”, “Technical Error”, “Remove Card”, “Amount unavailable”, etc. are sent by the card issuer payment scheme and it is not possible to identify the reasons for the denial.

In these cases, the purchaser may obtain details about the reasons by contacting card support services (it is NOT always the bank that issued it) and then try the payment again.
