Access the myCommerce dashboard using your login credentials.
Select the Active Report tab and then choose the Report function. You will then be presented with a list of all transactions you have completed. Identify the transaction and select it. You will be presented with a pop-up window where you can specify the amount to be refunded, which may be equal to or less than the original transaction amount.
