Payment methods configuration

In the “Workspaces” section there is a second tab called “Configurations”. In the box below "Payment methods" you can find the list of recently added payment methods, based on the activated services.

The data available in this list are:

  • METHOD NAME
    The name of the payment method.
  • PAYMENT PROVIDER
    The provider used to accept the payment.
  • STATUS
    Indicates the status of the payment method, one of the following status options:
    - Active: it indicates that the requested data has been entered and the active status of the payment method, with the date and time of the modification.
    - In activation: it indicates that the requested data has been entered and the status is pending activation.
    - Activate now: it indicates the failure to enter the requested data and the inactive status.

To view all the other payment methods added earlier, it is necessary to access the "Settings" section from the Dashboard menu and click on "Access the configurations", in the first "Ecommerce configuration" box.

By clicking on the three dots on the right and on "Go to detail" (if present), it is possible to view or modify the information relating to the payment method details.

How the available info can vary

Each payment method offers a personalized management, relating to its specific activation process; for this reason, the information available in the "Configurations" tab may vary according to the characteristics of each payment method.
